Abstract

Арендные отношения играют достаточно заметную роль в имущественных отношениях многих российских предприятий. При этом, наряду с традиционными видами арендных услуг в последние годы продолжают развиваться их новые формы и прежде всего лизинг. В настоящей статье дана оценка современного состояния и перспектив развития рынка лизинга в России; рассмотрены институциональные основы лизинговых операций и определены их возможности в качестве основы для построения отечественной системы учета лизинговых операций в соответствии с МСФО.
