Abstract

В условиях экономической напряженности и расширения потребностей в импортозамещении товаров обостряется необходимость развития производительных сил, изыскания дополнительных источников балансирования региональных и местных бюджетов и обеспечения трудозанятости населения. Это актуализирует разработку организационных форм и механизмов активизации государственно-частного партнерства в территориальном хозяйствовании. В статье обосновывается положение о том, что в условиях жестких ресурсных ограничений одним из путей развития производственного предпринимательства может выступить ассоциирование среднего и малого бизнеса по линии концернизации и синдицирования промышленности, формирования территориально-хозяйственных кластеров в субрегиональных локалитетах.
