Инструментарий Управления Структурой Капитала Организации

Abstract

Поиск эффективных инструментов управления структурой капитала экономических субъектов актуализируется в сложных условиях их функционирования, отличающихся ценовой нестабильностью и волатильностью процентных ставок. В данной научной статье рассматриваются теоретические основы формирования различных подходов к оптимизации структуры капитала, исследуются процессы управления собственным и заемным капиталом. Доказано, что рациональная структура капитала организации обеспечивается за счет нахождения баланса между экономией на налогах, обусловленной использованием кредитных ресурсов и возможными финансовыми трудностями, связанными с повышением удельного веса заемного капитала. Рассматривается вариант воздействия инструментов управления структурой капитала на бизнес-процессы хозяйствующего субъекта с целью повышения общей эффективности его функционирования. Сделан вывод о необходимости грамотного учета затрат на обслуживание заемного капитала при расширении масштабов деятельности.
