Abstract

В статье рассматриваются инструменты когнитивного моделирования управления инвестиционным климатом территориальной экономической системы на примере Кабардино-Балкарской республики. С использованием этого инструментария для снижения неопределенности в регулировании инвестиционного климата построена когнитивная карта в зависимости от реализуемой экономической политики и выявлены проблемы инвестиционного сотрудничества, препятствующие привлечению инвестиций в Кабардино-Балкарскую республику. Моделирование сложной экономической системы Кабардино-Балкарской республики проведено при помощи системы поддержки принятия решений «ИГЛА».
