Структурные Преобразования На Мезо-Уровне Под Углом Зрения Кризиса Модели Роста

Abstract

В статье исследована связь структурных преобразований региональной экономики и процесса кризиса модели роста в фокусе анализа территориальные локализации, возникающие во внутренней среде территорий и обладающие значительным потенциалом приращения конкурентоспособности. Автор исходит из того, что векторы и конкретные формы структурных преобразований на мезо-уровне экономики современной России заданы тенденциями современных структурных преобразований в глобальной экономике и особенностями кризиса модели экономического роста. В центре исследования концептуальная идея использования скрытых возможностей государственно-частного партнерства в процессе структурных преобразований на мезо-уровне, востребованных в условиях кризиса модели роста. Для реализации указанных возможностей необходимы ресурсы процесса стратегирования развития региональной экономики.
