Мирное Разрешение Международных Споров Без Применения Силы Или Угрозы Силой -Основа Современного Международного Правопорядка

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы нормативного закрепления и практики реализации важнейшего принципа международного права принципа неприменения силы или угрозы силой — и его значения для мирного разрешения международных споров. Делается вывод о том, что принцип неприменения силы или угрозы силой имеет глубокие смысл и содержание, его решающее значение в деле поддержания международного правопорядка трудно переоценить. От неукоснительного следования этому принципу в своей международной политике всеми без исключения государствами зависит стабильность и надежность устоявшегося международного правопорядка последних десятилетий новой истории человечества.
