Abstract

В статье обосновываются направления формирования налоговой политики на уровне субъектов Российской Федерации; рассматривается налоговое регулирование и практика применения региональных налогов, их влияние на развитие экономики субъектов; приведен сравнительный анализ возможностей и фактического применения рычагов реализации налогового механизма на региональном уровне на примере субъектов Российской Федерации; приведены мероприятия для повышения доли налоговых поступлений в бюджеты субъектов России; предложены способы стимулирования деятельности предприятий по направлениям импортозамещения, направления реформация налогообложения недвижимости.
