Промышленный Компонент Региональной Экономической Политики

Abstract

В статье исследован один из приоритетных компонентов системы региональной экономической политики промышленный компонент, который вместе с территориальными промышленными комплексами претерпел глубокую деструкцию в ходе рыночных трансформаций и закрепления экономики России на сырьевой траектории развития. Автор оценивает последствия разрушения территориальной промышленности и раскрывает императивы преобразования промышленного компонента региональной экономической политики, обусловленные развитием процессов глобальной интеграции и пространственной конкуренции. Аргументирована потребность в привлечении человеческого капитала в процесс преобразования исследуемого компонента региональной экономической политики, оценены возможности и ограничения его функционального участия в данном процессе, определены перспективные направления воссоздания территориальной промышленности региональных экономик Юга России в современных условиях.
