Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме обоснования инструментов регулирования взаимодействия вертикально интегрированных корпораций (ВИК) и региональных экономических систем; выделены ключевые задачи интеграционного взаимодействия данных мета-систем, определяющие функциональный профиль инструментов его регулирования; раскрыты потенциал и специфика матричной формы анализа взаимодействия ВИК с региональными экономическими системами; выделены формы реализации институционального эффекта от бюджета развития субрегиональных зон в хозяйственном пространстве России.
