Капитализация И Обращение Обязательств Социальной Ответственности

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен способ практического решения актуальной для современной России проблемы социальной ответственности интегрированных субъектов экономических отношений, изложена новая научная идея учета, капитализации и обращения на финансовом рынке обязательств социальной ответственности, позволяющая связать решение двух проблем наполнения отечественного финансового рынка и обеспечения социальной ответственности системных, созданных процессом интеграции субъектов экономических отношений; предложены основные мероприятия государственной экономической политики по развитию специализированного сектора финансового рынка для обращения капитализированных обязательств социальной ответственности; проведено сравнение предложенного автором способа практического решения проблемы социальной ответственности интегрированных субъектов экономических отношений с альтернативными способами, предлагаемыми в экономической литературе.
