Abstract

Основная гипотеза данной статьи заключается в том, чтобы показать значение новых Стандартов МСФО (IFRS) 15 «Выручка по договорам с покупателями» и МСФО (IFRIC) 12 «Концессионные договора оказания услуг» на механизм учетного отражения выручки строительных организаций. Раскрытие понимания учетных стандартов позволяет воздействовать на изменения договорной политики. В рамках этой статьи нами сделана попытка раскрыть содержание одного из видов таких договоров концессионных договоров оказания услуг (КДОУ) в строительной деятельности, рассчитанных не только на строительство объектов инфраструктуры, но и на оказание услуг по эксплуатации этих объектов в длительном временном периоде.
