Abstract

В научной статье в доступной форме рассмотрены и проанализированы основные вопросы, связанные с проблематикой учетно-аналитических, налоговых и правовых аспектов управления контрактными взаимоотношениями экономических субъектов хозяйствования. Цель статьи структурировать и сконцентрировать внимание читателей на тех аспектах каждой из рассматриваемых позиций, которые наиболее важны управленческой службе организации. На основе анализа существующих в настоящий момент теоретических и практических приемов и способов управления контрактными взаимоотношениями авторами предложена совокупность инструментов, способствующих формированию систематизированного подхода к решению вопроса методологии экономико-правового анализа и организации контрактного учета в системе обязательств по договорам.
