Abstract

В статье представлен концепт оптимального набора информации, необходимый для проведения эффективного дью дилидженс в России; описывается авторский подход к раскрытию ключевых областей проведения экспертизы чистоты сделки с капиталом; предлагается авторская форма контрольного списка вопросов при проведении дью дилидженс. Актуальность рассматриваемой в статье темы определяется необходимостью разработки для российской профессиональной практики (в области бухгалтерского учета, аудита, налогообложения, финансов и права) методического обеспечения сделок с капиталом в рамках реализации принципов актуарной учетной концепции.
