Abstract

Данная работа посвящена проблеме трудоустройства выпускников вузов РФ. Даны оценки качества абитуриентов. В ней исследуются потребности работодателей по уровням профессионального образования, обобщается опыт использования форм взаимодействия работодателя и образовательной организации высшего образования; определены способы, используя которые работодатель решает проблему дообучения выпускников ВУЗов; показано, что внутрифирменное обучение менее всего влияет на затраты крупного и более всего малого и среднего бизнеса; сформулирована проблема целей современного высшего образования в РФ.
