Abstract

В статье дана характеристика современного состояния нефинансовой отчетности в РФ; рассмотрены этапы развития публичной нефинансовой отчетности, дана характеристика ее различных форм; на основе анализа содержания нефинансовой отчётности крупных российских государственных компаний выявлены основные проблемы её формирования, наиболее важные из которых несистемный характер, отсутствие чётких регламентов, низкая культура работы с отчётной информацией среди пользователей; определены перспективы развития нефинансовой отчетности, в основе которых стандартизация, заверение, систематизация потребности в отчётной информации и комплексный учет интересов пользователей.
