Abstract

В статье обозначен комплекс проблем, стоящих в области обеспечения национальными бухгалтерскими кадрами и образования по направлению бухгалтерского учета и аудит в Республике Ангола. Профессия бухгалтера-аудитора признана в стране наиболее престижной и наиболее высокооплачиваемой. Основные причины необеспеченности бухгалтерскими кадрами состоят в ограниченной подготовке специалистов национальными высшими учебными заведениями. Кроме того, за рубежом обучается малое количество студентов, будущих бухгалтеров. Основной базой подготовки кадров для Республики Ангола является Кубанский государственный университет.
