Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам и перспективам развития системы государственного регулирования взаимодействия вертикально интегрированных корпораций (ВИК) с региональными экономическими системами России. Раскрыта специфика государственного регулирования корпоративного предпринимательства в территориальной экономике, факторы, определяющие выбор форм и механизмов госрегулирования; выделены основные институциональные элементы механизма государственного регулирования взаимодействия вертикально интегрированных корпораций с региональными экономическими системами России; уточнена роль государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в развитии указанного процесса.
