Abstract

В статье исследованы специфические характеристики субъектов малого бизнеса, складывающиеся в условиях дезинтеграции региональных экономических систем. Внимание авторов сфокусировано на системах депрессивного типа, широко представленных на Юге современной России. Авторы делают акцент на основных задачах развития указанных субъектов в условиях дезинтеграции и тех ресурсах, которые они могут привлечь в развитие региональной экономики. Сделан вывод о том, что способ развития субъектов малого бизнеса обусловлен траекторией движения региональной экономики; сформулированы требования к инструментам поддержки субъектов малого бизнеса, адаптированным к условиям дезинтеграции и затяжной стагнации в экономике России; даны практические рекомендации по расширению участия субъектов малого бизнеса в формировании приоритетных активов региональной экономики.
