Abstract

Презентуется одна из самых ранних книг, предназначенных для учета движения наличных (Entrata e Uscita) в компании Франческо ди Марко Датини, датированная 1367-1368 гг. Книга состоит из двух частей: отдельно учитываются приток и отток. Периодически подводятся итоги по разделам. Итог Uscita переносится в Entrata и записывается под итогом первого раздела. Выведенное сальдо используется не только для сверки с остатком наличных, но и служит первой записью раздела Entrata нового учетного периода. Учет оттока наличных в Uscita начинается с чистого листа. Особенность учета оттока считается более ответственным моментом. В Uscita записи ведутся поименно, по каждому хозяйственному факту, а в Entrata в целом по дню, а иногда за несколько дней.
