Abstract

В статье анализируются институты государственного управления интеллектуально-сервисной деятельностью, формирующие инновационную систему на всех уровнях экономического развития; показано, что в основе классификации институциональной среды лежат различия по функциям, которые выполняют институты в регулировании и стимулировании рынка интеллектуально-сервисного продукта.
