Abstract

В статье рассматриваются российские и международные современные теоретические аспекты функционирования рынка медицинских услуг; исследован понятийный аппарат, в частности термины «услуга», «медицинская услуга», «рынок медицинских услуг»; уточнена взаимосвязь и соотношение понятий в сфере здравоохранения и медицины; отмечено, что медицинские услуги относятся к доверительным благам и поэтому сложно оценить качество их оказания. Рынок медицинских услуг проклассифицирован по степени монополизации и уровню конкуренции, по участию государства в управлении. Сущность рынка медицинских услуг рассмотрена через его функции. Обозначены варианты несостоятельности рынка медицинских услуг, а именно социальная и экономическая несостоятельность.
