Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретико-методические основы системы финансирования массовой физической культуры на примере Новосибирской области; делается акцент на способы и источники финансирования спортивных организаций в нашей стране и за рубежом, которые весьма разнообразны и неоднородны; проанализирован мировой опыт финансирования проектов, связанных с развитием массовой физической культурой, выделены ключевые проблемы финансирования массовой физической культуры; предложены механизмы развития материально-технической базы спортивных объектов для занятий физической культурой и спортом в Новосибирской области.
