Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основы становления и развития внешнего государственного контроля и, в частности, аудита в Российской Федерации, направленные на сбалансированное и устойчивое развитие отечественной экономики, предполагающее проведение ряда качественных преобразований, связанных с повышением эффективности деятельности государства в решении масштабных, общенациональных социально-экономических задач; делается упор и даются рекомендации по насущной необходимости утверждения на законодательном уровне понятий «аудит» и «аудит эффективности» как разновидностей видов государственного финансового контроля.
