Abstract

В статье рассматриваются процессы развития становления и формирования системы внутреннего контроля организации; подчеркивается, что от эффективности внутреннего контроля зависит эффективность функционирования хозяйствующих субъектов, а эффективность функционирования хозяйствующих субъектов в совокупности является одним из условий эффективности всего общественного производства; делается упор на унифицированные и обобщенные факторы, способствующие полному и емкому функционированию системы внутреннего финансового контроля в организации, предложенная классификация детерминирующих факторов по своей сути и содержанию позволяют определить специфику и уникальность системы внутреннего контроля.
