Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросам разработки нового подхода к стратегическому планированию развития надрегионального социально-экономического пространства, способного обеспечить симметричное и динамичное развитие регионов с позиций генерации мультипликативных и синергетических эффектов. Рассмотрены институты регулятивного экономического воздействия на уровне федеральных округов; предложен авторский алгоритм реализации и администрирования инфраструктурного проекта в федеральном округе, а также механизм трансформации государственных инвестиций при реализации инфраструктурных проектов в надрегиональном пространстве.
