Abstract

В статье описаны некоторые актуальные вопросы устойчивого инновационного развития экономики в регионе; показана низкая эффективность существующего централизованного управления инновационными процессами; предложено перейти к формату управления по предпринимательскому типу организационной структуре вида так называемой «обратной пирамиды» из региона к центру. Изменение вектора управления позволит создать мобильную, эффективную и адаптированную к инновационным процессам и рынку инфраструктуру. Значительную часть инновационной инфраструктуры должны занимать сервисные подразделения, которые должны обеспечить бесперебойное создание и продвижение инновационных продуктов на рынок.
