Abstract

В статье рассмотрены направления повышения эффективности реализации интеграционного взаимодействия стран Содружества Независимых Государств в сфере валютного регулирования; охарактеризованы основные принципы правового регулирования валютной сферы; проанализирована роль Конституций стран-участниц Содружества Независимых Государств в валютном регулировании; определена ведущая роль России в региональной межгосударственной организации в силу ее относительно высокого экономического потенциала; обоснована необходимость сближения национальных законодательств в сфере валютного регулирования; предложено закрепление за рублем статуса региональной резервной валюты.
