Abstract

В системе подготовки кадров высшей квалификации необходимо также изучение факторов макросреды на рынке образовательных услуг, оказывающих наибольшее воздействие на условия функционирования вуза. В экономической практике проводится анализ политических факторов, динамики и направленности развития экономики, социокультурных факторов и технологических инноваций.
