Особенности Управления Предприятием В Современных Условиях

Abstract

Эволюция системы управления направлена на формирование полицентрической системы, базирующейся на функционировании в народном хозяйстве структур, способных к самоуправлению и саморазвитию. Повышение эффективности работы предприятия в значительной мере определяется организованностью системы управления, зависящей от четкой структуры предприятия и её внешней среды в направлении выбранной цели. Действующая методология проведения экономической реформы не имеет доказательной теоретической базы и одним из главных её недостатков является слабое методическое обеспечение, которое сопровождается проблемами развития производства, снижения темпов роста производительности труда, внедрения достижений научно-технического прогресса, паритета цен, дифференциации доходов населения и т.п. В статье рассматриваются проблемы управления предприятием в современных условиях, анализируется интегративное свойство, подчеркивающее функциональное назначение институциональной системы, открывающее перспективы для повышения эффективности управления.
