Abstract

Тема лидерства всегда была, есть и будет одной из самых животрепещущих тем, занимающих умы не одного десятка поколений мудрецов практиков и теоретиков. Она была интересна во все времена, не потеряла своей актуальности и в наши дни. Последнее обусловлено происходящими в обществе политическими и социально-экономическими процессами, а также тем, что лидерство является одной форм социального и межличностного взаимодействия. Главная цель дать определение эффективному руководству; охарактеризовать основные функции лидерства. Задачами по достижению цели являются выявление сущности лидерства; изучение теоритических и практических характеристик лидера; нахождение непосредственной связи между лидерством и управлением.
