Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о том, как оценить эффективность администрирования налога на доходы физических лиц в Российской Федерации; выделяются проблемы, возникающие при осуществлении налогового контроля; анализируются методы оценки эффективности налогового контроля; рассматривается опыт налогового контроля в Москве с учетом качественного сбора доказательственной базы с целью исключения необоснованных доначислений; оценивается целесообразность использования мероприятий налогового контроля в целях повышения эффективности налогового контроля.
