Due diligence в условиях актуарного учета: методика процедуры

Abstract

В статье раскрываются общие принципы методики набирающей в России популярность в настоящее время профессиональной услуги due diligence; подробно описываются направления проведения экспертизы чистоты сделки. В статье представляются иллюстрации для обеспечения общего понимания элементов due diligence, а также таблицы, детально описывающие каждое направление процедуры. Отражается современный авторский подход к описанию этапов проведения экспертизы чистоты сделки с капиталом. Актуальность рассматриваемой в статье темы определяется необходимостью разработки для российской профессиональной практики (в области бухгалтерского учета, аудита, налогообложения, финансов и права) методического обеспечения сделок с капиталом в рамках реализации принципов актуарной учетной концепции.
