Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме обоснования перспектив формирования и развития кластерных структур в хозяйственном пространстве Юга России как формы взаимодействия вертикально интегрированных корпораций (ВИК) с региональными экономическими системами; выделены основные группы региональных кластеров, формирующихся в процессе взаимодействия ВИК различных типов и уровней развития в региональных экономических системах Юга России; раскрыты принципы и функции управления территориальными кластерами, ключевые ограничения процесса кластеризации хозяйственного пространства Юга России.
