Методика Социо-Эколого-Экономической Оценки И Прогнозирования Параметров Устойчивого Развития Аграрно Ориентированных Территорий

Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность и раскрыто содержание авторского подхода к индикации параметров устойчивого развития систем на уровне региона в разрезе трех компонент (экологической, экономической и социальной). С учетом специфики экономики Северо-Кавказского федерального округа разработана система индикативных показателей, в соответствии с которыми дана краткая характеристика современного этапа развития округа с учетом сложившихся тенденций; предложена методика многокритериальной пространственно-временной оценки развития СЭЭС аграрно-индустриального типа, основанная на индикации обобщающих показателей в рамках выделенных направлений, позволяющая с высокой точностью идентифицировать сложившуюся модель устойчивого развития.
