Abstract

Статья посвящена описанию теоретического подхода к стратегическому планированию развития регионов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что стратегическое планирование является очень важной и необходимой составной частью развития регионов России, а составление стратегического плана развития одной из важных и трудных задач, стоящих перед государством. В статье определены характеристики и рассматриваются основные этапы для реализации стратегического плана социально-экономического развития регионов; выявлены целевые установки и мероприятия по решению социальных проблем.
