Abstract

Развитие научно-образовательной подсистемы неизбежно и необходимо в условиях перехода к новой экономике, основанной на знаниях. Но для поступающего развития подсистемы необходимо внедрение эффективной системы контроллинга, что и определяет необходимость внедрения матричных информативных инструментов. Новые информативные инструменты помогут преодолеть низкую эффективность использования ресурсов, а также направлять на высокую результативность деятельность научно-образовательной подсистемы.
