Abstract

В статье приведены организационно-экономические механизмы формирования инновационной инфраструктуры, основу которой, наряду с системой управления, составляет разветвленная, полномасштабная сеть венчурного сервиса. Базовой составляющей последнего должна стать структура венчурного кредитно-инвестиционного сервиса, включающая венчурные банки со специальными консультационными фирмами, страховые венчурные компании, венчурные фонды, бизнес-ангелов и их союзы. Наилучшая форма структуры интеграция в кластер: венчурной финансовой организации (банка или фонда) с консультационными и страховыми фирмами, что создает единое поле ответственности и повышает эффективность инвестирования инновационных проектов.
