Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме систематизации корпоративных механизмов управления интраэкономическими отношениями в интегрированных агропромышленных формированиях России; раскрыты характерные особенности внутреннего коммерческого расчета, лежащего в основе организации взаимодействия субъектов вертикально-интегрированных корпораций (ВИК); выделены ключевые проблемы организации распределительных отношений в агропромышленных ВИК, уточнена роль финансово-расчетного центра в регулировании интраэкономического взаимодействия.
