Abstract

В статье обосновывается вывод о том, что на территориях, обладающих возможностями для саморазвития целесообразно реализовывать институциональную модель генератора и оператора сельского развития, которая позволяет планировать и реализовывать отраслевые структурные и инфраструктурно-институциональные преобразования в аграрной сфере. Генератор сельского развития ориентирован на обоснование проектов устранения институционально-инфраструктурных дефицитов агро-социо-хозяйственной сферы с учетом приоритетов развития АПК, в то время как оператор реализацию мероприятий сельского развития по устранению институциональных дефицитов и дисфункций в соответствии с приоритетами развития АПК.
