Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме организационного проектирования вертикально-интегрированных агропромышленных корпораций. Выделены основные конкурентные преимущества и недостатки вертикально-интегрированных корпораций (ВИК), функционирующих в территориальном АПК; раскрыты ключевые принципы и задачи организационно-экономического проектирования ВИК в АПК; особое внимание уделено проблеме реструктуризации хозяйствующих субъектов АПК при вхождении в вертикально-интегрированную бизнес-группу.
