Due diligence в условиях актуарного учета: исторический аспект

Abstract

В статье описываются исторические предпосылки возникновения процедуры due diligence; представляется краткая характеристика современного состояния рынка аудита и консалтинговых услуг и рынка каптала; прослеживается взаимосвязь между существующими тенденциями для дальнейшего развития инвестиционного климата России; уделяется внимание аспектам проведения экспертизы чистоты сделки с капиталом в условиях преобладания принципов актуарной идеологии учета. Актуальность рассматриваемой в статье темы определяется необходимостью совершенствования теоретико-методологической основы повышения качества и эффективности профессиональных услуг в области бухгалтерского учета, анализа и аудита.
