Abstract

В статье раскрыта доминирующая роль государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в механизме государственного регулирования взаимодействия вертикально-интегрированных корпораций с региональными экономическими системами; представлены основные характеристики, институциональные формы и инструменты корпоративно-территориального партнерства в России; разработан новый профиль функций ГЧП в составе механизма государственного регулирования взаимодействия указанных мета-систем.
