Abstract

В статье исследованы инструменты региональной экономической политики на современном этапе развития России, востребованные в условиях глубоких преобразований, происходящих в хозяйственном пространстве страны; оценены возможности и ограничения указанных инструментов в процессе модернизации и инновационного развития региональной экономики в условиях замедления экономического роста, воссоздания территориальных промышленных комплексов.
