Abstract

В статье рассматривается текущее состояние и перспективы построения конкурентоспособной бизнес-модели российскими предприятиями, использующими преимущества глобализации. В качестве рамочной конструкции анализа используется модель «холста бизнес-моделирования». Проведенное исследование позволило сделать вывод о том, что наиболее существенные резервы повышения эффективности российских транснациональных предприятий заключены в диверсификации предложения ценности для клиентов и структуры доходов.
