Совершенствование Системы Платежей За Лесные Ресурсы

Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость совершенствования системы платежей за лесные ресурсы с целью повысить природоохранную деятельность; представлены наиболее существенные и многофакторные причины, оказывающие прямое и непосредственное влияние на размеры лесного дохода, а также индикаторы, отражающие динамику размеров и объемов лесохозяйственной деятельности; показан механизм формирования совокупного лесного дохода, получаемого от использования лесоресурсного потенциала территории.
