Abstract

В работе в доступной форме рассмотрены и проанализированы основные экономические теории, которые являются основой для оценки стоимости бизнеса. Цель статьи сконцентрировать внимание читателей на тех аспектах каждой из рассматриваемых теорий, которые наиболее важны экономистам-оценщикам. В частности, в работе анализируются такие теории, как трудовая теория стоимости; теория фирмы; теория собственности; теория агентских отношений; теория предельной полезности; теория спроса и предложения; теория издержек производства; теория трех факторов производства.
