Abstract

В современных условиях социально-экономического развития все более возрастают требования к системе высшего образования, в связи с чем появляется необходимость выстраивания эффективной системы управления высшими учебными заведениями. В статье рассмотрены формы органов коллегиального управления в вузах, деятельность которых направлена на совершенствование процессов управления, основных бизнес-процессов, менеджмента ресурсов, мониторинговых процедур.
