Abstract

В статье анализируется значение больших циклов экономической конъюнктуры Кондратьева при определении стратегии технологического прорыва; показано, что фаза депрессии является самым благоприятным временем для освоения и внедрения новой волны базисных технологических инноваций. В фазе депрессии требуются масштабные и эффективные государственные меры по поддержке финансовой системы экономики и социальной сферы, а реальность технологического прорыва целиком зависит от способности правительств предвидеть и активно содействовать инновационному процессу в периоды депрессии и оживления, когда имеет место синергетический эффект его усиления. Определены основные факторы, обеспечивающие реализацию критически значимых для становления нового уклада проектов.
