Abstract

В статье рассмотрены механизмы решения проблем повышения устойчивости развития территориально-отраслевых комплексов в контексте реализации долгосрочной промышленной политики; доказано, что включение индикативных показателей в контур управления обеспечивает неизменность динамических характеристик мезоуровневой системы в целом при изменении характеристик объекта в процессе трансформации внешней среды.
