Abstract

В статье рассмотрены механизмы стимулирования экономического развития территорий на основе обеспечения баланса интересов субъектов бюджетно-налогового процесса, а также теоретические предпосылки возникновения взаимосвязей между налоговым потенциалом и процессами экономического моделирования; предложено оценивать степень эффективности бюджетного процесса через прогнозирование налогового потенциала территорий.
